1、 Product Introduction

The high-precision liquid quantitative filling machine is a mechanical rotary, atmospheric pressure filling machine that relies on measuring cups for quantitative filling. The filling valve adopts a fully enclosed and fully automatic type. The empty bottles are transmitted from the bottle conveying line and sent to the turntable through the bottle feeding wheel mechanism. The empty bottles rotate randomly and are lifted by the soft support mechanism. After the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve, it automatically opens for filling. After filling is completed, the bottles are automatically pulled out into the bottle conveying line, and the entire process ends. The machine is equipped with an automatic protection device. In case of bottle jamming, the machine will automatically stop to protect the safety of both the machine and the machine.
